    Some tips for good digestion

    + Eat easiest to digest foods first. Save harder to digest foods for the second half of your meal.

    + Eat at regular times. It helps regulate your digestive system.

    + Watch portion sizes. Over consumption is the number one cause of indigestion.

    + Chew your food completely and don’t talk while eating. It’s a recipe for digestive discomfort.

    + Relax while eating, rushing increases stress and slows digestion.

    + Practice good posture. Sitting with your shoulders back and your chin tucked in helps improve digestion.

    + Stay hydrated. When you’re dehydrated, energy is diverted away from digesting food.
