Peaceful Dreams is a pleasant tasting, herbal liquid formulation containing herbs Lemon Balm and Chamomile to gently support calm and relaxation in children at bedtime. This is combined with magnesium and the amino acid L-Glycine to support healthy sleep patterns and sleep quality.

Each 10 mL dose contains:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) ext. equiv. to fresh flowers 210 mg
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) ext. equiv. to dry leaves and flowers 215 mg
L-glycine 430 mg
Magnesium (from Tri-magnesium citrate) 43 mg

Also contains: Purified water; Citric acid; sodium citrate; apple flavour; potassium sorbate; thaumatin; xanthan gum; and sodium benzoate.
No Added: Artificial colours or flavours
